Sheryl is the founder of SHS Insurance Group and a pillar in the Las Vegas Medicare community. She is known by her clients as the ultimate problem solver. Because of the extensive care she provides to each and every client, she’s remained a top broker in Nevada for several years.
Her experience has given her exceptional knowledge of the Medicare market, which allows her to serve her clients even more effectively. As the founder of a new agency, she is laying the groundwork to ensure more people have agents that help solve their challenges.

When Sheryl is not serving her clients, she’s happily spending time with her three children. She also loves to travel back to her home country, the Philippines, and explore the many islands with her cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Billy worked for over four decades in the corporate sector. All too many times Billy watched his colleagues enter their retirement phase of life and struggle with figuring out their next steps.
Face it, life happens! Whether it be helping to raise their grandchildren, or not saving enough towards their retirement years, there were tough decisions to be made and no one there to help guide them!
That sparked a desire in Billy to be that helping hand that so many people need at this critical stage in life. Billy obtained his Nevada State Life and Health insurance license in 2014 and set out to help those in need, one family at a time!

Chai, a Las Vegas local for the last 24 years, is a licensed health insurance agent in Nevada. Because of his enthusiasm for service and a deep empathy for others, Chai has excelled in listening to each individual client and finding the best solutions for their unique needs.
Mentored extensively by industry veteran Sheryl, Chai proudly serves as the first “line of defense” for his clients – they know they can call him and he will be there to find a solution. To Chai, the most rewarding part of being an agent is knowing his clients feel taken care of.In addition to being a superb agent, Chai is passionate about travel.
Prior to his time in the States, he has lived in three other countries, including his native Thailand. He’s also traveled to 20. When he’s back home in Vegas, he can be found playing golf, pickleball, or doing anything that keeps him active.
